Recruitment Terms and Conditions Agro
(This applies to both temporary and permanent employment)
- All missions accepted by Page Personnel (hereinafter, “The Company”) shall be governed by the present General Terms and Conditions. Except for the client’s conditions being accepted expressly, the current T&Cs come above every other T&Cs when conflict arises.
- Clients will make payment fees under the payment T&Cs stated in certain situations. The calculations of all fees will be in accordance with the Company’s effective rate, including equivalent taxes and Value added tax
- If Agro introduces a Candidate and the turns out to be an unsuccessful hire or if the client’s employment offer is not accepted (or collaboration), and if at a later date, the Candidate is hired (merge together with) the client within eighteen months after the Candidate’s first resume presentation to the client, then the client shall make payment to Agro as explained in the second paragraph above.
- If the client’s decision is to employ (or to merge with) extra candidates the Company presented, instead of the one agreed upon by contract, the fees of the Company shall be paid by the client for every single Candidate employed according to the stipulations in the second paragraph.
- The Company will be informed by the client to hire any Candidate (s) according to the current T&Cs within one month and, especially, of the T&Cs of the employment contract according to the agreement of the hired Candidate (s) employed.
- At the disposition of the client’s will, the Company advertises its services, and the expenses shall also be for the account of the client. Advert termination or a null will take effect if the client sends notices to the Company before the end of the date as stated on the Passed and press slip. From the date of invoice, the client shall pay for the charges incurred on an advert
- The client’s account will be for the expenses of the Candidate, including the cost of movement and other charges incurred in the course of an interview with the client.
