Job Title: Warehouse HR and Recruitment Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA
Salary Range: 80k-100k
Job Description:
Our client is actively seeking an experienced Warehouse HR and Recruitment Manager for their warehouse in the South Atlanta area. Our client distributes high-quality rugs and home textiles from this warehouse to nationwide locations. This person needs to have prior experience recruiting people for warehouse type positions, particularly for roles such as reach-truck and forklift drivers, order pickers, material handlers and other essential positions within the distribution chain.
Responsibilities:
oversee the onboarding and training programs for warehouse personnel and manage employee relations, addressing specific concerns
lead in the administration of employee benefit programs, to ensure that warehouse staff are informed and enrolled in relevant benefits.
Qualifications:
Strongly prefer a person that comes from the rug or home textile industry.
Ability to work 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday.
