Our client is an established South Florida plastic surgery practice offering a full range of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. The practice is expanding into Doral, FL, with an additional location in Coconut Grove.

Position Overview
Our client is seeking two Board Certified Plastic Surgeons to join their Doral, FL practice on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a surgeon who combines strong technical skill with an exceptional bedside manner the practice’s patients expect not only excellent surgical outcomes but also a warm, attentive, and reassuring experience from consultation through recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, including breast augmentation, mommy makeovers, and facial reconstruction (Brazilian Butt Lift experience a plus, not required for all candidates)
- Conduct thorough, compassionate patient consultations, setting realistic expectations and building trust
- Collaborate with the client’s existing surgical team and mentors on complex cases
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations
- Participate in a structured 90-day onboarding/probationary period
Compensation & Schedule
- Compensation model: Production-based (piece rate); typical monthly earning potential in the $100,000–$150,000 range, dependent on case volume
- Contract structure: 90-day probationary period for all new hires
- Clinical hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for later hours depending on schedule and case load
- Hospital admitting privileges: Support provided for admission at Jackson Memorial or Baptist Hospital, with an estimated 2–3 week turnaround
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified in Plastic Surgery (American Board of Plastic Surgery or equivalent), with eligibility for Florida licensure
- Active or obtainable Florida medical license
- Demonstrated experience in breast augmentation and facial reconstruction procedures
- Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills — this is a core requirement, not a preference
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, to serve the client’s local patient community
- Experience with Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedures
- Comfort with a production-based/contract compensation structure
- Willingness to fly in/out of South Florida if not locally based (relocation not required)
