Overview:
A prominent law firm is actively seeking a bilingual Immigration Partner to join its Tax Practice Group in the Miami office. This is a key leadership opportunity for a seasoned immigration attorney looking to contribute to a growing team and serve a sophisticated client base. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and bring a portable book of business to the firm.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in a broad spectrum of immigration matters, including both employment-based and family-based immigration

Prepare and manage petitions including, but not limited to:
-
E-2 Treaty Investor and Manager Visas
-
O-1 and O-2 Visas for individuals with extraordinary ability

L-1 Visas for intracompany transferees (executives, managers, and specialized knowledge employees)

Advocate for clients before USCIS, consular offices, and other government agencies

Collaborate closely with other partners and senior attorneys on cross-border, tax, and business matters

Develop, manage, and expand client relationships
Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in immigration law, preferably in a law firm setting

Fluent in English and Spanish

Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills

Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or actively pursuing admission

A portable book of business is required
