Overview:
A premier, full-service law firm is actively seeking an Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Partner to join its expanding Tax Practice Group. This high-impact role offers flexibility to be based in any of the firm’s major offices across Florida, while working alongside a team of collaborative and seasoned attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on executive compensation, ERISA compliance, and employee benefits plans.

• Draft and review legal documents related to defined benefit and defined contribution plans, 401(k), profit-sharing, and other qualified plans.

• Support clients on regulatory compliance and fiduciary obligations.

• Partner with colleagues across offices to deliver cross-disciplinary legal solutions.

• Manage and grow client relationships with support from the firm’s infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits law within a law firm.

• Expertise in ERISA, 401(k), defined contribution and benefit plans.

• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Florida Bar admission (or actively pursuing).

• Portable book of business preferred.
