This is a rare opportunity to work alongside board-certified litigators on sophisticated construction-related disputes for a broad client base of developers, contractors, and industry professionals.
Key Qualifications:

8–12 years of dedicated construction litigation experience

Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex construction litigation from start to finish

Strong academic background and superior legal research and writing skills

Proven ability to represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials

Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
-
A portable book of business is strongly preferred, but not strictly required

Must be willing to work on-site and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented office environment

What You’ll Do:

Manage a full docket of complex construction litigation matters across the state of Florida

Collaborate with partners and associates on high-stakes legal strategies and trial preparation

Provide strategic counsel to construction clients regarding contract disputes, defect claims, insurance coverage, and related matters

Contribute to business development efforts and maintain high-quality client relationships

Help guide the next generation of attorneys through mentorship and collaboration
